At Luxury Villa Marrakech, we understand that plans can sometimes change. To ensure a clear and transparent process for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy. We kindly ask you to read it carefully before confirming your booking. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our property, which has limited availability and experiences high demand.
Cancellation 60 Days or More Before Arrival
For any cancellations made 60 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date:
- A charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount is non-refundable. This amount corresponds to your initial deposit used to secure your reservation.
- The remaining 50% balance of your booking will not be charged.
Cancellation Less Than 60 Days Before Arrival
For any cancellations made less than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date:
- A charge equivalent to 100% of the total booking amount is non-refundable.
- This policy applies to all cancellations made within this 60-day window, regardless of the reason.
No-Shows & Early Departures
- No-Shows: In the event that a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation, and the full amount of the stay will be retained with no refund.
- Early Departures: Should you decide to leave earlier than your planned departure date, no refunds will be issued for the unused nights of your reservation.
Important Considerations
- Non-Refundable Deposit: Please be aware that the initial 50% deposit required to confirm your villa is non-refundable under all circumstances once paid.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all our guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This can protect you from financial loss resulting from unforeseen events such as illness, travel disruptions, or other circumstances that might force you to cancel your booking.
- How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notice.
